BlueVM LA Down?

Hello,
Does anyone has the same situation as me? My BlueVM LA has been down now for around 2 hours. I can not access the vps even using feathur.
Have submitted a ticket, but still got no respond.

My bluevm vps can't boot in feathur, have been waiting for ticket response for days.. also waiting mycustomhosting ticket neerly a day.
My S4-CA VPS is down for last 3 hours+ too . No response from support yet.
@nehafarzana80 : you're on the same node with me. My node also S4-CA based on feathur information..
Hope they will get this fix soon.

We are working on this and have been for the last few hours... it's an inbound DDOS.
S5-CA also offline for more than 2 hours and still offline
@mentari That node is also being affected by the DDoS. s4, s5, and s6 are the affected nodes. We're working on mitigation right now.
S1 - S3 and S7 - 13 are also experiencing packet loss and sporadic downtime.
@BlueVM Finally my S4-CA is up for now. But, feathur CP is showing wrong BW usages.
@nehfararzana80 - Our bandwidth meters are fairly accurate. Feel free to submit a ticket if you have any questions about it.

Several Buffalo nodes also look down. Including but probably not limited to S1-NY, s2-NY.

Don't see any notice about S2-NY.
Yeah, S1-NY down for 2 days. For one month total downtime 5 days!!!

At least you could inform us (customers) via email who were hosting on S1-NY. That's almost two days now.
Tickets are not being resolved, I do t k ow what happened to you BlueVM
Decided to terminate all my VPS at bluevm once it reach it's end of billing date, so disappointed. Even tickets did not get any reply for few days and uptime page on their site is broken when I checked few days ago.
No email, or any notifications so far I received from them about the downtime and the control panel is giving me problem for the 2nd time.
same with me i have 2 vps with them and will terminate all my vps
@netomx, xDragonZ, mentari - Yes we're aware the ticket reply times are very high. We are working hard to fix this.
@BlueVM and work with Johnston too. Saying: "fuvk off" to a customer because "he was tired, and he get angry when he's tired" is not really an excuse.

@joelgm I was the customer, and I can assure you I wasn't. And I may be flexible, but other customer may not. I hope he/she can behave in the future for others, not me.
