Fortatrust adding non paying clients to shameroll with a public blacklist page
Well, here is a provider who published their non-paying clients on their website with firstname, lastname, address, amount due. The list is last updated march 19 2013.

We have lots and lots of these, but against privacy I say.
I don't think that's right... They pay before services are rendered correct? On non-payment just take the stuff down.
Is that list going public like that, even legal? On the other note, try to find someone on that list thats on LET!
its linked on their footer, so they intend to make it public.
Wow. I usually pay invoices as soon as I recieve them instead waiting due date however seeing this I wouldn't go anyhere near Fortatrust host.
Not in EU. They seems to be based in Panama however operations like this would be forbidden in EU.
Hey bluevm Justin owes them $136??
@BlueVM Hey uh, the debt collectors are here!
in before bluevm pays them to remove them from the list.
We cancelled our services, but they refused to accept the cancellation and kept charging us for services. We aren't paying because their company is literally the biggest scam on the internet. It'll be a cold day in hell before they get another payment from me for their substandard hardware.
@MrObvious, @Earl, @Dragoon0309
@BlueVM I completely understand and was only teasing. Any company that does that is bad in my books. Sounds like 1&1 when I cancelled and then they sent collections after me.
@Dragoon0309 - It was one of their cheap $10 a month dual cores too... they've been charging us for over a year without cancellation. Should call my lawyer...
Yes please do, and bring these guys out of their coconut shells...
It's almost humorous that Prieur Leary and Fortatrust would publish a list of people who don't pay their bills when you consider their history:
That's just page 1. There is another entire page
http://dockets.justia.com/search?query=infolink
...and 35 cases in Federal Court involving Mr. Leary
http://dockets.justia.com/search?query=Prieur+Leary&search=Search&stateorcourt=&judge=&lawsuittype=&documentfilter=allcases&after=&before=
It seems Adam ng also owes $136.. not sure if it's the same Adam from cvps.
I guess they are like server pronto.. tempting prices but unethical business practice.
not just like, it's the same people
@earl - Server Pronto = FortaTrust = Scam = Do NOT buy.
Ooh.. did not realize they are the same company!
FortaTrust is scam, just stay away. They kept spamming me even though i never got any service from them. Sending them polite emails to stop didn't help. Had to send them some very rude email.
Holy shit, just take one look at their Facebook page and you know they're professional:
https://www.facebook.com/fortatrust
Wow. That's certainly professional.
FortaChicks... Wow professional...
I mean I certainly enjoy that but on their companies Facebook page??? Are they kidding me?
If I don't like someone can I order FortraTrust with his/her details and become "delinquent", so that the person shows up in the blacklist?
Interesting how they got my email, when I was never near them:

This is on my personal email. I assume some of those whmcs DB leaks.
There exists only 1 Adam/Kevin.
I know quite a few people on that list with the same story as @BlueVM. They cancelled but fortatrust/serverpronto decided to call them customers that aren't paying. This is a total scam.
Couldn't have said it better. If you are worried about your billable's get commitments or prepays.
I find it funny that they haven't sent it to collections. Because if they had then it'd be easy to get the debt cancelled and if they put it on their site it'd be harassment which would make this a lot easier.
And this is why privacy policies exist. What shady business practices to post people's personal details like that.
Scamers,
terrific support, No Solusvm, require 10$ for OS re-installations
