Second: Latency; will this affect to much download and upload speed?

Oddly, the disk in LA is much faster. NY is more consistent--the munin graphs are showing latency spikes of 100+ ms (!) in LA. Noisy neighbors? (I think the storage is network attached, right?)

I'm convinced all the ram shortages aren't actually AI - it's just @oloke and @onidel using it all for ramdisks. As always, those disk speeds, damn.
