@default Thanks for your reply. My VPS is now completely dead with 100% packet loss (cannot even ping or connect) after their support closed my ticket (#7216282).

Update: 9 hours later with a paid VPS - not running, no answer in the ticket. Do not recommend. Raised a refund ticket Ticket #MXZ-226786 but expect no soon feedback.

Alwyzon don't have vds, you could ask them about their tos but when I had a vps there it was always stable and no noticeable downtimes
