I’ve bought a few VPS, Dedis and App slots(seedbox) from them and would recommend. Pretty much everything is leaseweb. For VPS at least, billing is prorated which I find a bit annoying.

If that returns something, then yes it's shared. The only time you'd have a dedicated port on a VPS is if it's using SR-IOV, and you would know if it does that because it would be a lot more expensive
