Visa/MasterCard (not sure about JCB) issued cards in Russia can only be used within Russia, not sure if they issue more cards or not, so it's bad for both, international users & russians.

We do not have any problems with payments. Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal caused problems only for their customers worldwide who want to order something from Russia or simply travel around Russia.
