From the ticket content it does look like an automatic nullrouting for incoming ddos. Remove the ip from this forum, and move to cloudflare dns.

Also all traffic except http/s is blocked. Even DNS is only allowed from internal servers.

You're just thinking the DNSOnly installer just installs BIND and that's it, well no it's not, it has the web frontend and a backend for management to work like a DNS cluster.

I think Rage4 does this. What you want is not a load balancer but a Geolocation aware (smart) DNS.
