I use both, and I consider myself friends of both @jar (MXRoute) and @Francisco (NameCrane). Both services I use for important, business related emails.

What I can say is I have both, I think MXRoute tends to land in outlook spam, while I think namecrane didn't? But it's been a while since I tested this, so maybe it's the other way around now.

MXROute has been doing email for much longer so it has as good as a deliverability as you can ger. NameCrane is also solid and getting better. If selecting solely on deliverability, I'd go with MXRout
