I don't like hezner, netcup for example, they give good throughput but switch routes too often for my setup. I don't need throughput and even low latency, just stability.

Netcup already lowest and yearly discount already , I dont think you can find something cheaper except Netcup own campaign( which raise value per cost than lower cost)

Honestly, I don't see any reason to pick Contabo over Netcup monthly deals. Haven't heard a single good thing about Contabo in the past two years—just non-stop complaints.

I think Netcup's approach makes the most sense: if traffic exceeds X TB in the last 24h, it's temporarily throttled to Y Mbit/s untill the condition is no longer true.
