We currently host a DNS server at OnVirt and everything runs good without any problems. If there is any maintenance the send a email several days before it.

Can anyone just create a free customer account, and then only subscribe to the free DNS service? Or do people need to subscribe to a paid service, to be able to use the free DNS?

I have another unbound dns installation working fine with the mostly same config, but on this machine it can't resolve certain domains. I can't figure what I am doing wrong. here is the log file https

Yes, the DDOS Protected Professional package has DDOS protection on the DNS servers:

I used to use both their VPS and free Anycast DNS (1 domain). When I canceled my VPS, they automatically removed my account. So that's not an option at all.

A glue record is only needed if your domain's DNS server is made reachable from a subdomain of the same domain. Like if example.com's DNS server is ns.example.com.

How do you add glue record ? or every provider automagically add glue record for every a record begin with "ns" ? Right now I am using cloudflare, does it support glue record ?

Looks fine to me now. I'm not sure what happened but this was how it looked to me right after I finished ordering a domain. @Falzo maybe you're right, could be my DNS poisoned.
