You can use it as dns server instead hosting any actual files on the domain in that shared hosting. Usually i found cpanel shared hosting to have fastest dns servers in delegating. Its almost instant.

On all VPS's with this, my user can run sudo without a password. I’m 100% sure I never set that up in visudo, and the file hasn’t been touched.
