There appears to be an issue with ordering on your website. I recently placed an order for a VPS and received the account verification email. My card has been charged, but I have not received any order confirmation or details.

Additionally, I’m unable to log in. My credentials are not being recognized. When attempting to reset my password, the system indicates that my account cannot be found, despite the earlier verification email.

If you can DM, I can help you with that.

Be aware that accounts do not get activated instantly. Our staff verifies each of them manually for possible fraud, so it may take some time.

Oh ok! I didn't know that. I've received my info.
Are these price lifetime or it's subject to revision from time to time? I'm currently subscribed to monthly plan.

We intend to keep them the same price. They may get an adjustment from time to time based on currency inflation.

Edit: I just realized I had already replied. :)

I change the vps plan, please double the bandwidth of this order instead. The previous invoice already cancelled.

    Will note the correction!

oh ya, LET2RAM1 not restock? in singapore

So, we are actually running low on capacity in Singapore for new clients (excluding spare capacity to compensate for any possible server failures).

In fact, we may soon disable accepting new clients there.

We have here about a dozen new hypervisors, as well as a lot of storage disks, that will be sent over to Singapore sometime this month. One our techs will be traveling to Singapore to install them as well as do a lot of pending upgrades.

So, until that happens, we may be soon shutting down all Singapore stock... Santa Clara, CA is also pending for a major upgrade as capacity there is also running low.

A warning to the LET community regarding ServerPoint's long-term contract reliability and executive management practices.

While ServerPoint is using this thread to market production-quality service and stability to new customers, potential buyers should be fully aware of how management handles established long-term infrastructure contracts when a billing dispute arises.

I maintained a permanent, upfront-paid "lifetime" web hosting agreement with ServerPoint (A+ Hosting, Inc.) established in January 2002, which carried a structural annual maintenance fee. In February 2026, the company successfully processed this annual fee, legally securing my hosting access through February 2027.

In May 2026, I logged into their support portal and noticed a maintenance rate increase of 100%. While frontline tech support explicitly confirmed in writing that my grandfathered rate was correct and valid, the CEO personally intervened in the ticket. In direct retaliation for exercising my right to question an unauthorized fee, the CEO explicitly stated in writing that he was refusing service, executed an unauthorized refund of the maintenance fee (no refund of the inflation adjusted lifetime fee has been received to date), and threatened the permanent destruction of my server data within 30 days.

To protect my digital assets from immediate destruction, I was forced to execute an abrupt emergency migration to a completely new hosting provider, sustaining material damages from the operational disruption.

If you are a developer, sysadmin, or business looking for a stable partner that honors its written commitments, be careful. The moment you audit their billing practices or hold them to their agreed terms, executive management will unilaterally break your contract, execute a forced cancellation, and threaten your data. Formal consumer protection complaints have been logged with the FTC, the Nevada Attorney General, and the BBB of Southern Nevada
