That may be the case with our colleagues at netcup, I can't judge that because I had servers there myself almost 10 years ago and paid for everything. No matter whether with or without debt collection

@PHP_Friends his main point was that it’s crazy to invoice well over $1000 for a budget VPS and just keep on adding to the debt instead of cancelling after awhile
