Depends on the hardware. Lots of outdated rust available in Russia. Won't do business with them but if you're weak, it's very cheap.

i don't think azure is cheap, i used crypto card for hetzner and @CherryServers in dedicated and vps and i believe it will work in @onidel as well they have a performance vps in SG

you mean hourly? i don't think you can get a budget vps in high performance range for cheap even in hourly based

i don't use budget VPS because all my VPSes are for production, so i only use VDS or dedicated server, for these products, Greencloudvps is not cheap.

Well, as far as expensive goes it's mostly the local bandwidth. Otherwise chances are most operational costs will be lower (maybe short of space in HK or something similar) and a huge chunk of GCs off
