If you are after network, coz you dont list any specs, go with online dedi for 5 euros. Unmetered 250Mbit
This one is France only, the one with 120GB ssd or 1TB hdd is available in Netherlands..
If all you want is 30TB. Then you can buy the limited upcloud vps (they offer 2 extremely cheap vps per account)
each vps has a minimum of 100mbps allowed no limits so 100mbps per month leads to 33TB/month.
I think its around $3.5 dollars though don't quote me on that but its relatively cheap overall if all you want is egress/ingress.

You can use up to ~99TB without any issues and sometimes more. Is "Unmetered" but as long you don't disturb the other neighbors in the same node, all is fine.

Hmmm... If it is ok for you get a VPS in Denmark, I recommend you ssdvps.dk
It is a nice provider, with Unmetered 1Gbps for approx. $10 USD per month. Used them for few years, with some clients doing video streaming, and also for remote school. The network is really good.
Maybe take a look at Nonic Cloud. Their lowest-spec VPS in Limburg, Netherlands is £5.99 GBP, with 2 cores, 8GB RAM, 50GB storage, 2×10Gbps port speed, and real unmetered bandwidth.
I used to use their VPS for heavy-bandwidth-consuming services. YABS showed that I could get a port speed of almost 4Gbps on their VPS.
