Unfortunately, individual renewals are also returning a “504: Backend Unavailable” error.

This issue started the day before yesterday and still hadn’t been resolved as of yesterday. Bulk renewals result in an error, while renewing services individually works fine.

That's not semantics (though you are, now), it's providing the exact error you're facing or else you get unnecessary questions and a longer support response to resolution. The error should be in the t
