I think I see the problem. Their support is only looking at the ticket system on cc.delimiter.com not clients.delimitervps.com but it looks like slot hosting is still managed by clients.delimitervps.c

If you plan to keep it long, buying own hardware is more cost-effective. Get some drives, ship to delimiter / dacentec and fit into some servers, would be cheaper on monthly cost.

With the amount of disk space the OP is asking for it might be better just asking Delimiter to rent you a Dedi and then you send them the drives if they have one with enough slots and were prepared to

If you have the budget then Delimiter's cloud storage would work, it scales to 50TB per disk so you can aggregate 4 per system - 2TB.
