The place I sshed from is a residential connection which is why I didn't include it. It had maybe 5-10% packet loss and spikes of up to 1000 ms which would match the situation in my video reasonably.

Sounds like a block on the Provider side rather than your ISP. It's also unlikely the Provider is intentionally blocking a Residential IP so they're probably using a blocklist.

dataimpulse seems to be cheap, but theirs 'residential' rotating are mostly datacenter one (or marked proxy/vpn) - at least when querying random service (like ipapi.is)

Well, you can continue renewing PremSocks.com (it's super cheap, clean), but they are rotated, so, a streaming service may have banned it. But they are real residential, same as BrightData and Oxy.

An idling ovh dedi for a residential/personal vpn?

(Quote)

Yeah I have idling ovh dedi , I can use residential proxy as well , could you recommend me some proxy providers?

Little creek has cogent ip's, they're close to residential but technically not - out of your budget though. Your best bet is probably a residential socks5 proxy, they usually go for about $5/month wit

And where I can get this residential proxy?

Does country matter? There's a guy here who sells residential IP's in Uruguay

just use residential proxy on a normal vps (Image)

I m looking to get a residential ip vps
