Yes, you can transfer VPS to other person, you need to tell us a reason, new owner email address for his account, and ticket id that new owner opened for transfer request.

(b) it isn't premium due to the connectivity of the Dallas VPS being not premium at all.

One TB is too little for a VPS. If possible, increase it a little. Do you have an IP test?

$100/mo, possible discount for yearly prepay. Ideal for your Hosting/Server/VPS/etc business.

If you can go with other provider, you can look into this post: https://lowendbox.com/blog/get-a-1gb-vps-in-vilnius-lithuania-for-only-e2-00-month-from-vpsnet/

vmiXXXX XXXXXX VPS S SSD €7.20 €8.65 26 June 2026

Rate change is very commcon, just like Contabo,my usa vps is 4.99 per month from 2021,now it reach to be 8.65 per month, maybe soon,I will give up.

Sometimes, every second or third month or so, the VPS just dies and needs to be booted from the control panel.

I got 2x VPS's, 8€/y, they are fine, support is responsive, they even migrate if to high CPU steal, can't complain.

That may well be but my Dallas VPS from them Clouvider certainly isn't premium.
