Considering just Netcup so far. Any more recommendations?

Thanks @bersy and @vimalware, your tips are the best so far. If DrServer and Netcup can get me decent TCP transfer speeds to my destinations. I will probably purchase from one (or both) of them.

Above mentioned netcup is also a viable option when it comes to Europe location.

But somehow this seems to be a decent provider like Netcup and Aruba. I don't have a requirement right now but will keep them in pipe

netcup says 2.49 on the front page but then I see no plans with those prices?

Netcup is very good, and those dedicated cores makes some diference.
