Is "DMCA friendly" means they will cooperate with DMCA takedown because they are friendly with them?

There's many DMCA's/claims that are completely bullshit and I've had the luxury of arguing with them.

I believe his point is quite clear. DMCA -> ignored. EU law complaints -> you may die.

So Fran, if any user user the LU vps for torrenting, and they had a DMCA email sent to them/you, is it still ok? DMC still ignored?

I'll have to admit to sending admin invoices to some of the more trolling automated DMCA thugs.

I'm no lawyer, but are you not still subject to DMCA for your non-US services as you are a US company? I vaguely remember it working that way, but like I said, not a lawyer.

Then they can file for it, but for LU IP's and such I have it auto filter all DMCA emails :P If they want to file something inside EU that's fine, but people asked about DMCA specifically.

DMCA isn't an EU law.

Never used BuyVM myself but from i've heard Francisco handles dmca reports pretty appropriate/isn't too strict about it.

So how does buyvm handle the dmca ?
