This is an honest mistake on the part of my colleague for forgetting to disconnect and an error on my side for not checking/monitoring mails when it matters. I should not have gone vacation.

I do check this a month or two or until I see error an stuff.

Your vm was not recreated/reinstalled by us. The email was likely sent in error since it was an ip not set for vms to be installed automatically with.

as you already pointed out large raid arrays might need a rebuild and fsck in case of an error. do be allowed to do so, first thing you should do is rename yourself first to cocmiu.

Wuh, wuh, what? I hate their GUI and can't use it more than two minutes without asking why they did something a certain way. A lot of unhelpful error messages when there's conflicts.
