Changing providers isn't going to help if you're still going to host everything in 1 DC with the provider (or if that's all they have).

Namecheaps own site and status page are impacted and do not load along with a significant number of their webhost client sites.

All of Namecheap sites are down due to power outage in their Phoenix DCs (also where 1gservers is located).
