It isn't easy, especially not with WHMCS. Custom solution is required to properly host a flash sale like this.

Well if that is the case, create a transition page to WHMCS. When all sold out, you can just disable the link or replace the link with text : Sold Out :-)

As far as i know DirectAdmin does not offer internal licenses anymore.
