Over the years, I have gathered a bunch of statistics on attacks, on black customers, on DDosers, human rights activists, DMCA copywriters. In many ways and everything. This can all be described on do

Actually this might be a deal. Just contacted them and they allowed to add more disks. 5usd/TB, more than I expected, buuuuuut, they said they ignore most of the dmca. And consider these are fully man

I don't know if this post is still any relevant. But I suggest you host it in The Netherlands. The dutch are already known for not obey the DMCA notices.

That's why NL can't be offshore. Warez and spam are prohibited and subject to strict laws. DMCA is not enforced (being that we're not in the USA) but offering copyrighted material is forbidden as well

If you dont allow Warez,Spam,DMCA you are not offshore , just to clarify.

3.) How do you handle DMCA notices to maintain friendly relation with customer?

OVH forwarding DMCA to the client? Never heard of that happening myself. It probly does, but not with torrents.

Never got a single DMCA or contact from Kimsufi about anything.

Would recommend sticking a SOCKs proxy to your torrent server to prevent DMCA notices

Torrenting doesn't matter, but you have to respond to DMCA within like 24 hours or risk getting the IP blocked.
