We don't do hourly billing (we're working on a control system to allow it but it isn't quite ready for the public yet) but depending on your exact usecase we may be able to work out something bespoke. Provided it isn't anything that is illegal under Dutch law.
We dont do hourly billing aswell however we can host you.
