Strategically, it looks like netcup's idea is for the vServers to be charged per hour and for the Root-Servers to be charged per month.

can't tell if that's my doing with the geekbench, but looks quite like a 2core netcup. as it's not qemu it also should be a rootserver then.

getting one just because getting an extra IP at Netcup is almost as expensive and here you get at least a decent proxy/forwarder if nothing else.
