Did BuyVM indicate/state (at least at the time you bought the service from them) that servers are automatically/instantly provisioned? If not, then I don't see anything wrong here with regards to them

For me and BuyVM, it was the fact that you cannot buy a storage slab until after the server is provisioned. After three days of waiting for provisioning, there were no slabs in stock.
