If you paid using credits, WHMCS will automatically refund the PayPal portion and the rest will be manual or returned to your account credit. What's so strange about that?

I think it would also be great if the price could be reduced for those who already have their own Windows license and choose to use it.

One thing to be clear on, we pre-install the Windows image but you bring your own license key to activate. If you have a Windows license already that keeps the cost down, otherwise factor that in.
