@berohost maybe you could offer as an option servers with only 1TB traffic instead of 25TB - same config, same price, just on a different network segment - people who understand will know the differ

I don't think infra part is that hard? For example Hetrixtools just have bunch of cloud VPS mainly from Linode and Vultr (I guess good connectivity and network). Easy go resize if needed, the price is

I agree with you. Not defending anything here, some people seems to have real problems, but my vps's with @DeluxHost are also working. The performance is not great and there is steal but they do work.
