Reason I ask is that a storage box of x TB (disk) is next to worthless if egress traffic is limited to 250 GB.

0.5 CPU Core with Archive Priority (100), 250MB RAM, 250GB Upstream Traffic/Month (Then minimum 25Mbps), I/O Archival Priority(2).
