I tried their suggestions to fix network but it always fails, I tried both in their main panel and solus, one of them reports error being incompatible OS. Which is their debian 9.

Seems like the issue is solved. Cost analysis is back on zero, budget is back on zero, too. Now I am 100% sure this was an error (Image)

The error wasn't about ciphers or mismatch protocols. Permission denied is wrong user, missing pub key in authorized_keys, or bad file/dir permissions on the ssh key.

Fun fact - if you see Oracle in your billing system, you've made a terrible error.

I received a cost report... Product is not listed on the report - I mean, there is no resourceId, no compartmentId, no compartmentName, no availability domain, no description, no billing units, no sku
