I don't expect you to solve issue on my VM, it's my responsibility but i expect you to resolve your WHMCS VM re installation issues when we need to use it as it's part of the service provided.

I've noticed it outside of WHMCS as well. For example, Virtualizor, who has their own billing platform of sorts.

Maybe a VPS in Bhutan, they have no foreign relations or embassies. But they require a license for everything.

Create 4 reseller accounts, give each reseller a dedicated IP, add them to WHMCS as 4 different servers, configure provisioning logic as desired.

So WHMCS doesn't provides any built-in feature for that? By the way, i think that's pretty easy to do, just modifying the directadmin server files in WHMCS.
