Afaik the licenses are locked to their IPs like other WHMCS providers, so as soon as you use the license somewhere else, it gets suspended.

oh wow, would it be fine if I just pay them and use their license only? they said it was fine. but mentioned they won't be able to provide any support.

You can do it on WHMCS very easily, just check the docs.

I rather Deal with MJJ or a STD then a customer who thinks he will start a Business off a LowEnd priced VPS and not pay the few bucks for a billing Software license. Thats gross
