Can anyone please advise if BuyVM's throttling policy is reasonable?
by angstrom ·This is not to say that BuyVM's BW policy is completely transparent in all respects, but at the same time, it seems that very few users in practice end up having a problem with it -

Can anyone please advise if BuyVM's throttling policy is reasonable?
by dodheimsgard ·I was told by buyvm support that you get 25mbps per GB of ram. That's clear answer and that's generous amount of traffic. Nothing to complain about. If you are not happy move somewhere else. -

Can anyone please advise if BuyVM's throttling policy is reasonable?
by rayhope ·You are right. If I didn't have a balance left in BuyVM, I wouldn't continue using it. After all, OneProvider offers a dedicated server with an E31220 processor, 8GB RAM, 2TB HDD, and 1Gbps unlimited -

Need cheap small trustworthy VPS with 99.99%+ uptime - yearly payment - US data center
by ahnlak ·BuyVM; it's worth the effort to catch them when they actually have stock - on the (rare!) occasions there's a problem, they've usually spotted it and fixed it before my monitoring has even triggered. -
HostHatch DDOS protection
by Zreind ·Or you can try BuyVM. They have path.net protection for 3$ per IPv4. And you can create game-based filters from their panel. -

VPS with local peering to Cox in Las Vegas
by ordinanceb ·Cox has a DC local to you in LV. They have a cloud product similar to DigitalOcean / AWS / Linode. They aren't as cheap as the aforementioned providers but have great peering when on their network. Th -
How you trust small comapnies?
by SirFoxy ·Used to use BuyVM/BuyShared, but switched because of their Path affiliation and no longer getting a dedicated IPv4. -
VPS with local peering to Cox in Las Vegas
by ehhthing ·Every VPS I've found (BuyVM - Both regular and DDoS protected, Hostodo, DediPath) seems to route via LA, which kinda defeats the purpose of having my VPS in Vegas. -
