My netcup 2,5gbit RS is 30ms, nforce ams 1gbit dedi 36ms, hetzner auction dedi FSN06 33ms, these are like 900-1100km, how come vps next door acts like that?

You should be able to find a cheap dedi (or large VDS, NexusBytes / @seriesn and netCup are nice examples) quite easily in Europe if you won't fight over 5 ms network difference.

But you know exactly what I mean. There have been hundreds of posts and countless debates here regarding netcup chasing after clients who want to end their contract earlier than allowed. They have not

I can confirm that there is no transfer fee from Netcup.

Therefore it means Root server is 120 TB in and out (been told this also by customer service), and can use speed as much as you want, as long as under 120TB monthly limit. Question is, is 2.5Gbit sust

Contact is for 12months, but Netcup charges every half year.
