Cheapest VPS provider with dedicated CPU

As Easter is just around the corner, I am looking for deals on an inexpensive VPS.

Since I will be using it as a Plex/Emby/JellyFin Server with SFTP/cloud mounts, CPU with at least 01 dedicated core is a must. I mainly use direct stream but it would be nice to not worry about fair share.

The basic requirements are:

i- CPU Core - 01+ (Dedicated) (~2000 passmark/core)
ii- Bandwidth - 01TB+
iii- Network - 200Mbps+
iv- Storage - 50GB+ (SSD preferred)
v- Location - Europe
vi- Price <10$ (monthly billing preferred)

Now, I only know of the following providers who offer such servers:

1- Netcup (~8 Euros per month/annual payment - regular price)
2- PHP-friends (~8 Euros per month/annual payment - regular price)
3- Avoro (~7 Euros per month - regular price)

As of now, I am leaning towards Avoro due to their billing cycle, but was wondering if there are any other providers.

PM me if dedicated Intel E5-2630 v3 CPU cores are sufficient (Passmark Single Thread Rating: 1763), I have spare capacity on an unbalanced hardware node with SSD RAID10 (local storage on LSI MegaRAID SAS controller; 2x10GE upstream, Supermicro) in Munich, Germany.

If that's the case, our KVM packages should work since the CPU usage is unlimited and you won't have to worry about fair share.
