Yes, the funny thing is that Strato (same as Ionos) offers free Plesk license keys even with their cheap VPSes, so you don't even need to install your own control panel.

If I recall, OpenVZ has run EOL or close to EOL for most of its history. The GPL license fucked it in the butt when it was copy-pasted into the mainline kernel. Sorta.

If you can't afford $25/month for WHMCS, don't even bother starting a hosting company.

You can't find a legit WHMCS that is free or cheap. But I think @dustinc still hands out a free Clientexec to his resellers.
