Please share any recommendations for a dedicated server provider that can offer the following for less than $29/month.

My server's been down going on 7 hours now. Nothing from Delimiter other than a report of "major packet loss" .... Need to get off Delimiter, this is ridiculous.

The second Delimiter hears about your PayPal claim they will suspend all your services and attempt to charge you a "chargeback fee". Make sure you have all your subscriptions cancel
