ovh and hetzners dcs are now i russia?

You need a dedicated server, and you need one in a country that is happy to allow you to break the law, so I guess Romania or Russia.

This is all the same one dude with these keywords: vpn, bitcoin, iran, iraq, turkey, high privacy, russia, ukraine, bulgaria

More like 350k, i doubt you (or most others) are able to wire large amounts of money to Russia or Saudi-Arabia easily and especially fast by banking restrictions and gov issues.

Speed is being throttled of course, tested from 1 gbps connection from Moscow, Russia.

E.g. here on a 100 Mbit home connection in Russia with direct peering to VK, I only get about 15 Mbit from your URL. But at the same time I have no problem reaching about 70 Mbit from http://speedtest

I want to download some files on vk.com, problem i have is download speed is slow, i tested uk, us,nl,de location and none of them were good, since vk.com is hosted in Russia I want to try it.

@teamacc I had this server from a long time ago for a personal project, so decided to clean it up and use it with Russia node too, that's why the uptime shows 200+ days.

Unlike Yandex, for example, in Russia, you will not have a choice in 2018 at all. It's some kind of backups too, but FSB will do it for you with providers.
