can oversell more easily with Virtuozzo/OpenVZ. Contabo have their own DC so I guess they are not only overselling but intentionally making very little or no profit on their VPS' to grab market share

but it is strange they are the only one to offer so big ram and hdd... I found dacentec dedicated but again, it is half specs comparing to contabo.

contabo gives VPS 14GB RAM and 1TB HDD for 14 eur per month, but I am not happy with their behavior, now I have problem to find any competitor who offer the same VPS for the same price. all are more e

nope it isnt. winity is extremely slow due to the E5's they use. (contabo use E5's in some of the nodes from what i can tell, but benchmark and perform better)

Well, stay away from Contabo. It's much slower than the Winity 2GB RAM.
