alternative vps with 1 Gbit/s

I have vps M with contabo and he is good, but the problem that it just 100 Mbit/s.

I need alternative with 1 Gbit/s or 500 Mbit/s, but like contabo allow adult content.

also in Germany will be great

The issue you will find with LEHosts is that their 1Gbit is shared between all vms on the host. It's possible to get 1Gbit for your VPS, but will need the host to have 10Gbit+ connection and thats not common... Worldstream allows adult (last time I checked)

about 10-15 USD or EURO and the traffic above 3-4 TB.

RAM above 2G.
CPU above 2 core.
HDD above 100G
