OVH does look good for unmetered bandwidth, but the plan is still a bit too powerful for what I need. I don't actually require strong CPU or lots of RAM — it would be wasted in my case.

I've been able to use significant bandwidth on Aluy running Tor relays without any issues. My NL relay with them is sustaining 200-300 Mbps (combined in+out) and it doesn't seem to be causing problems
