Yes, still searching for a server since even the highest Contabo offer is still slow as fuck.

Had $20 server there. Ran after January outage (this was a final drop). Took 9 euros VPS from Contabo and became happy.

Last time I used Contabo the VPS worked great but the packet loss was so bad at times that I couldn’t use SSH. I had to cancel it.

About the uptime. Our servers with contabo have 100% uptime since about a month. Just a bit downtimes were there in January. But after that our servers never had any downtime.

Hetzner and Contabo shouldn't even be mentioned on the same planet.

Try Contabo and you can use a CDN like Cloudflare.

What I recommend you is Contabo. They have 8GB RAM Dedicated server and they fit your budget. The only problem they have is network downtime which is frequent.

I mentioned Contabo because I had good experience with them.
