Can't you essentially get this from delimiter now without paying anymore? If you subscribe to their email list, they send out offers almost identical to this all the time.

While they're no longer active on LET and probably still disliked by many, Delimiter has clearance servers going for $200-299 per year. So starting at $17 per month for a Dual E5420. Or $25 for a E3-1
