I think it was mid to late 2016, they simply stopped logging on. They "deserted" the forum, which although some of their actions were not ideal, I understand as LET can be quite toxic at times.

Can't you essentially get this from delimiter now without paying anymore? If you subscribe to their email list, they send out offers almost identical to this all the time.
Yup, found an offer on their site for an E5420/24G/240G SSD/20TB bw for $250, so not sure why anyone would want to take this over.

Atlanta, 1x IPv4, additional is 1$/month.
I don't have IPv6 on this server, but you can get free /64 subnet after contacting support.
AFAIK Delimiter allows server transfer to another account, but if there's any problem I can just change owner data on my - I have this only one server in new Delimiter billing system.
