iirc HostDZire is directly reselling Leaseweb VPS. Leaseweb has full control over the node/hypervisor. I don't know anything about HostingBy.Design but we're probably talking about 2 different busines

Keep in mind, hosting by design's vps are not on Leaseweb but their own infra. They sell dedicated servers from Leaseweb, which are not well priced compared to the Hostdzire deals imo.

Hostdzire is currently an active Leaseweb reseller, but it heavily oversells its resources.

Quite the contrary actually I paid for a VPS to benchmark and review it in quite a few cases.
