I understand the account / control panel migration, but honestly don't know, don't understood why necessary to migrate the VPS also. Why they not move them automatically to the new nodes with all data

My VPS download speed has been consistently capped at around 1 Mbps, which is much slower than expected. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide an update.
