I will also accept RasPis in other DCs such as EDIS etc. I know that Delimiter have a rack of RasPi's so I've contacted them.

Paypal works fine, 50%+ of Delimiter's customers pay by it. Is there anyone on this thread that pays Delimiter by Paypal - can you confirm it works?
