If you are OK with fakegeo then go with a host that really ignores dmca. There are plenty of in the EU

Sorry for breaking in with a kind of off-topic, but saying "don't recommend" just because a host prefers to avoid getting DMCAs isn't very fair IMO.

But there exist the DMCA-ignore and privacy hardened providers for a reason. If you're hosting stuff that's going to get non-stop complaints about it, you should expect a regular provider to kick you
