I have a Hostbrr VPS, and just tested using wg-easy. ~150mbps down/~40mbps up across two speed test runs. I don't think there's any specific filtering going on because I'm using the default port.

What's your use case? If you're just going to use it for NextCloud, I'd have a look at Hostbrr's storagebox options. You can install NextCloud through the DirectAdmin panel.
