Hello, I'm looking for a VPS storage hosting provider based in the EU. I need a server with 2TB HDD storage and 4 core CPU.

    The price is still too high. Currently, I’m using NovaCloud 2 TB HDD storage server with fair bandwidth usage for €12. NovaCloud’s HDD I/O performance is getting worse day by day, so I’m looking for alternative providers in that price range.

    EDIT: if Canada can work for you, Servarica have still stock in those hybrids 2tb for 5$/m
    EDIT2: hostbrr have also stock for their anniversary deals which can add 2tb for 2$/m on top of the deal.

    Hostbrr looks good, but the config isn’t good. I need server with 3 cores, atlease 40+ TB bandwidth, and around 2 TB storage for about €16. Is that possible?

    For that price get Kimsufi. At least it will be all dedicated resources to yourself. Its bad that there is setup fee, mby w8 for some sale to get free setup. ATM there is 2x2tb hdd, E3 1270 v6, 32GB ram and 500mbit unmetered in France for 18 euros + setup fee.
